21 July 2010 Junior Duals class interest
If you're a junior (at least 12 years old) thinking of having a go at enduros, then you might like to try it out with a riding buddy in the Junior duals class. In the duals class, one rider is out on the track while the other waits in the pits area. Once your riding partner finishes their lap and touches you or your bike, you start your lap while they wait for you in the pit area, and so on until the race time completes (generally 2 hours). Track marshals are always circulating around the track assisting any riders who are injured, or had mechanical failures or stuck at any point on the track. If you can ride in the bush, then you have the skills needed to ride around an enduro track. Where possible, juniors will be racing on a shorter track than the senior riders.
